Yoga Nidra  is a practice of deep relaxation and meditation found to reduce tension and anxiety. In this practice your body will be comfortably resting as the mind will enter a deep lucid sleep-like state.

GOOD TO KNOW:
  • Due to nature of the practice there is NO LATE ARRIVALS. Please plan ahead if this is your first visit to the studio
  • Clear your evening for that day, Yoga Nidra will offer you the type of feeling you get after a massage, so give yourself time to enjoy it.
  • Session will last approximately 1 hr and 30 minutes
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring an eye pillow if you have one
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one
